CORSA’s Performance Intakes are designed to increase the amount of air flowing into your C6 Corvette, providing increased performance and better fuel economy over the stock air intakes.

Constructed from aerospace-grade carbon fiber, the new CORSA Performance Intakes are 44% lighter than the C6 Corvette’s stock air intakes. The intake features what CORSA calls “Power Channel Technology” which efficiently directs airflow from the filter to the throttle body. The optimized shape and huge filter are less restrictive than the stock intakes and users will see an increase in both horsepower and torque.

The intakes were specially designed to compliment CORSA’s high performance exhaust systems as more air in means more air out for better performance and better fuel economy.

Vets and Vettes just naturally go together, don’t they?

They definitely will during November as the National Corvette Museum again celebrates Military Appreciation Month with all kinds of special events.

All military personnel, firefighters, police officers, and their immediate families are invited to visit the National Corvette Museum for free during the whole month of November, just by presenting their military or service ID. That includes active, retired , and reserve members.

“We are truly a blessed nation, and our military provide the safety we have to enjoy our American privileges,” NCM Executive Director Wendell Strode says. “Corvette is an American icon, and we invite these special individuals and their family members to experience a tour of the Museum dedicated to America’s favorite sports car.”

Free admission isn’t the only treat, though.

The 4th Annual Vets ‘n Vettes Event is slated at the museum Nov. 8-10, with road tours, a poker run, pizza party, military history team trivia, participation in the Bowling Green Veteran’s Day Parade, and more on the schedule.

Other special displays and activities include a display of memorabilia on Corvette Boulevard by Aviation Heritage Park, a local group that acquires and restores military aircraft; holiday greeting cards available for people to write messages for the troops; and Country Music Stars & Cars Exhibit featuring celebrity-owned Chevrolets.

It’s all part of a sincere effort by the National Corvette Museum to show their appreciation for our country’s military personnel.
