Lingenfelter installs and recommends the Yank brand of torque converters for street and strip Corvette, Camaro and Firebird applications. Converters are custom made in various different stall speeds and sizes. Yank converters feature 10.5"? heavy duty carbon ceramic clutches, billet front covers, furnace brazed fins, anti balloon plates, oversize roller clutches, high capacity stator and an epoxy paint finish. C5 versions weigh only 36 lbs a weight savings of 16 lbs.
