Return & Refund Policy

Our policy for return is simple. If Products are received defective upon arrival, we will send out replacements to replace the defective ones at no cost to you. On the rare occasion, if a product has arrived "dead", we will replace it at no charge, after we inspect the product. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred for returning any products. Simply email (Preferred), Fax or call us with the problem and we will email you a Return Authorization (RMA) number and where to ship your product, if the problem requires you to do so. All Racing Related Products are Sold "As Is". We will work with you to make any needed changes to complete the project as ordered. As Automotive Racing is a Dangerous Sport we will not be held liable for any injuries, deaths, or malfunctions related to the use of these products. All installation and use of the products purchased from C8 Motorsports LLC dba C6 Performance are done at the owner's own risk. C8 Motorsports LLC dba C6 Performance can not be held responsible for any damage or injury caused by the installation or use of the products purchased from us. Some items we sell are not legal on California Pollution Controlled vehicles when used on the street. The customer must determine if the item is legal for use on California registered vehicles You must include the original invoice with the items you are returning. Make sure to specify on the invoice the reason for return and if you are looking for replacement parts or a full replacement. If you choose to have your parts/product shipped to you, please note the exact item you are looking for. Please be advised that after you receive your exchange you cannot return it any longer. These terms apply to all refunds. Customers must inform C8 Motorsports LLC dba C6 Performance of any order discrepancy within 7 days of the delivery date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly. Physical damage to any product will void the product's warranty. Modifying a product in a permanent way is considered physically damaged. C8 Motorsports LLC dba C6 Performance cannot honor a warranty for cracked or chipped cores, burnt or otherwise sustained any other type of physical damage. Physical damage voids any warranty previously implied for any product. » We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any product that has been used or installed. There is a 20-25% restocking charge on all non-defective returned items if allowed. No Refunds on Shipping and Handling fees. ALL Sales are Final.

	We recommend that you use our Customer Service Trouble Ticket System to obtain an RMA Number. The Trouble Ticket system can be reached here: http://www.c6performance.com/catalog/customer-support-center.html We will send you your Return Authorization (RMA) number by email and where to ship your product if the problem requires you to do so. Do not ship us a return without an RMA number on it. If we get a package without the RMA number on it, it will be refused. 	You may request a cancellation of your order, provided your order has not already been processed and/or shipped. Please EMAIL us to cancel your order. If your account has already been charged, you will receive a credit back to your account within approx. 1-2 business days. Please never assume cancellation of your order is made unless we contact you via email to confirm. PLEASE NOTE: ALL orders canceled after being processed are subject to an administration fee. This fee will include our cost to process the order and cancel the order. This order cancellation fee will be made up of $.30 Credit Card Processing fees and 3-10% of the total amount of the entire order. This is done to recover our costs associated with time spent preparing the order for shipment, ordering parts for the order (if applicable), and/or related time spent returning items to suppliers and their return fees and shipping costs.
