The ZL1 bi-modal exhaust system, as most of you know, is very unique. What you might not know, however, is that Billy Boat Performance Exhaust has been at the forefront of bi-modal exhaust research, design, and manufacturing.1 You can trust our expertise on your ZL1's aftermarket exhaust system, and not just because we're a leader in bi-modal. Billy Boat Performance Exhaust has been setting the pace for high performance stainless steel exhaust systems for nearly 25 years now. B&B applies its deep racing heritage to craft the finest exhaust system on the market for the ZL1. Continuing in that tradition, B&B has recently introduced a line of exhaust systems for the new Chevy Camaro ZL1.

Mandrel-bent 3" tubing all the way through. Full Catback system. For the Billy Boat Camaro ZL1 exhaust system we use aircraft-grade, T-304 Stainless Steel. 3" into the muffler, 3" out of the muffler. Utilizing the ZL1's bi-modal valve, the Billy Boat Exhaust for the Camaro ZL1 is unparalleled. Did we mention that the Billy Boat Exhaust on the ZL1 comes with 4" quad tips? That's right: this already-roaring beast of a machine has now been even further unleashed.

B&B has designed a muffler specifically for the ZL1 Camaro using their proprietary Purge Resonance Technology or PRT. Hand fabricated out of T304 stainless steel, the muffler offers increased exhaust flow and emits a nice deep muscle car, and enhanced-ZL1-style growl at idle, roaring into acceleration and gallopping through to cruising speeds as it hits stride--all while eliminating the unwanted in-cabin, low frequency resonation drone that plagues many other exhausts made for the ZL1 by those without extensive knowledge of the ZL1's bi-modal exhaust control. Bottom line: you can expect, and feel, performance increases of 7-8hp and 15-20ft/lbs torque across a wider rev-range than anyone else.

The mufflers and tips are fully polished to a mirror like finish and, as with all Billy Boat Performance Exhaust systems it is backed with a limited LIFETIME warranty.
