Ferodo DS1.11

DS1.11 are the real deal when coming to ceramic technology. These pads are based upon a chemical family known as Siloxanes. Unlike carbon based materials, siloxane does not decompose at high temperatures and so DS1.11 keeps on working up to the highest temperatures a brake pad could ever see. Meaning they will not fat and have excellent life. Performance remains exactly the same through the pads long life. Formulated to provide a flat friction profile at medium/high level of friction. The pads compression is very low, always, so the pedal travel is short and consistent. 

 

 

Technical Characteristics

  • Highest friction coefficient and bite in the Ferodo Racing range.
  • Reproducible and stable performance up to 850°C/1560°F
  • Excellent management of ABS during braking
  • Longest Pad Life of Ferodo Racing rang under heavy duty track use
  • Recommended for track use on larger vehicles
  • Recommended for spring and medium duration races
