The front eye screws in to a holder on the inside of the front frame cross rail. The front fascia must be removed to install.

The rear tow eye screws into a base plate bolted to the rear cross bar. The lowe fascia must be removed. The factory provided access panel is used.

No cutting of the fascia needed front or rear!
