The A&A Corvette fuel system works in tandem with the stock
fuel system. Under normal driving conditions, the stock pump fuels
the engine while the Bosch 455 pump remains on standby. This
alleviates the problem of overheating the fuel that plagues most
external fuel pumps. Our pump is turned on via an adjustable boost
pressure switch. Our system provides a new stainless braided feed
line that fits in to the factory fuel line at the fuel rail.
Under boost, the factory pump continues to run and the A&A pump
is also activated to provide enough fuel for even the most radical
setups. No overheating or noise issues to contend with, as the pump
only runs under boost conditions. A Boost A Pump can be added to
the A&A Corvette system to up the fuel volume even more. Our
system also converts the late model returnless systems to a full
return system. A return line is run from the factory fuel rail to a
billet, adjustable fuel pressure regulator mounted on a stainless
steel bracket. The return line runs from the regulator to the
factory return line on 97-98 models, back to the factory line aft
of the fuel filter on 99- early 03 cars and all the way back to the
tank on late 03- present models. This system, in various
configurations, will satisfy the thirstiest of C5 and C6 engines.
It is the simplest and most effective fuel system available for
forced induction applications over 550 RWHP. The system is very eye
appealing with its braided stainless steel lines and bracket,
anodized AN fittings, and anodized Russell quick disconnects. The
factory fuel rail covers will fit right over our system. The lines
all come pre assembled as does the regulator and pump assembly.
Easy to follow instructions with pictures are also supplied with
the system. The A&A Corvette fuel system is THE solution for
your forced induction fueling needs. Complete system with instructions.
