These headers have everything needed to put you ahead of the competition. Our exclsuive hand made in the USA long tube "Smooth Flow" design allows excellent scavenging properties. Headers are Jet-Hot coated "Inside and Out" typically reducing exterior temps by 60% extending engine component life and increasing horsepower. Constructed using 1.750” primary tubes, 3” collectors,and 3/8” thick CNC cut header flanges for a precision fit.

Engineered by the same team contracted by General Motors to produce headers for the LS-1 spec engines installed into every ASA racecar. Countless hours went into the design of these headers to produce an end result that exhibits easy installation, paramount performance, and first class fit.  Named “Smooth Flow”,  for their lack of weld seams and extra long collector.  In fact we have eliminated the elbow weld, so the only weld after the flange is the collector seam.   Melrose headers are constructed by hand to the highest of standards.  They are finished off with a lifetime warrantied inside and out Jet-Hot ceramic coating.  Look for huge power gains from the best fitting and performing Corvette header on the market in an easy to install package.
